Founder Robert Viox, the visionary behind Four Mile Brands, created Bristol’s to honor his granddaughter, Bristol—an energetic, comforting presence in their family whose name now stands for warmth, quality, and connection.

After years of building celebrated restaurant concepts, Robert wanted to bring everything he’s learned into one place. That dream is now real at Liberty Collective, a modern food hall in Liberty Township, Ohio, where Bristol’s brings slow-smoked barbecue, handcrafted smashburgers, and family-friendly vibes to the community. From the award-winning wings to our juicy smashburgers and locally sourced meats, every bite is made with pride, care, and that little extra something—love.
